“Much of my work is inspired by the East Anglian landscape, particularly around Ely and the Fens, in Cambridgeshire, UK.I usually work directly ‘in the field’ from first hand observation.

I try to capture and preserve the unique moment in time.

I am interested in the effect of light on the changing landscape.

Colour is my primary focus, I always paint what I see.”
